Have your film seen by a captive audience! We will welcome industry professionals (producers and executives), filmmakers from all areas of film production, actors, press, celebrities, and the community of Los Angeles. 

Create exposure, publicity, and popularity towards your films. Gain praise and press coverage, while getting your film reviewed for potential distribution deals.

AWARDS/PRIZES:

Winners will receive a beautiful custom etched LABF "Official Selection" Trophy or Certificate! (Awards will either be mailed to the winners, presented live-on-stage at our Red Carpet Award Ceremony, or presented Virtually- depending on Covid-19 safety concerns.)

• LABF will interview the Top selected Award Winners, Online Virtually or in person, about the making of the film or artwork.
We will present major industry prizes from our sponsors, but are not guaranteed.

• Winners & nominees will be featured on our LA Bizarre Films website, and promoted on our social media platforms.

• An online video exhibition (of photos, information, films) will also be created of all winning films and best screenplays.

• Our distinguished LABF panel of judges, will select the "Nominees". Then the "Top Film Finalists" will be considered in the final round by our star-studded Celebrity Judges, for final "Best Of" Selections.

LABF will present "Best Of" Awards to the Winning films in each Genre Category:

At (LABF) Festival, You get to meet other filmmakers, and or creative talents and make connections. 

Information about your showcased and or winning film/screenplay, will be shared on various social media platforms and on LA Bizarre Films.

LABF highlights short Bizarre stories, that often go underrepresented at big festivals. Films that are disturbing and challenge audiences to think or to laugh hysterically. Graphic violence, exploitative nature, and sexuality appeals to our worst instincts. These niche art films typically struggle and need help, resources, and audience awareness to a much needed platform.

Los Angeles is the Entertainment Capital of the world and is known as the city of dreams! It is influential and includes some of the most important production facilities in the world (ex. Disney, Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, Warner Brothers are here) Including a rich history, diverse ethnicities, bright lights, swaying palm trees, and warm sunshine.
